Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Ideal eines Unternehmers ist, dass sein Leistungserstellungsprozess von Produkten oder Dienstleistungen wenig Zeit in Anspruch nimmt, er diese sofort verkaufen kann und er unmittelbar Cash erhält. Notwendige Ressourcen sind bei diesem Ideal jederzeit zu fest fixiertem Preis am Markt erhältlich. Leider ist dieses Ideal jedoch fern jeder Realität: In der Praxis entstehen Forderungen, Bestände und Verbindlichkeiten. Die Optimierung der zugehörigen Prozesse kann im Zusammenspiel von Verkäufer, Fokus-Unternehmen, Kunde oder durch ergänzenden Einbezug weiterer Partner geschehen.
