Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel beschreibt den ersten Teil des Lebenszyklus der Beziehung zwischen einer CDP und einem Unternehmen, beginnend bei der Entscheidung für den Einsatz einer CDP bis hin zu deren Betrieb. Im Rahmen dieses Kapitels werden wichtige Fragen erörtert, bspw. unter welchen Voraussetzungen es besser ist, eine CDP selbst zu programmieren, und welche Bedingungen vorliegen müssen, damit der Kauf einer CDP die bessere Wahl für ein Unternehmen darstellt.
