Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ob derzeitig oder zukünftig: Es gibt einige Grundvoraussetzungen, ohne die Wissensmanagement, wie wir es in seinem zeitgemäßen, kollaborativen Antlitz vorgestellt haben, nicht gelingen kann. Diese Grundvoraussetzungen sind immaterieller Natur. Weder braucht kollaboratives Wissensmanagement eine breite finanzielle Ausstattung, noch sind größere Mengen dezidiert fürs Wissensmanagement bereitgestellte personelle Ressourcen nötig; es müssen auch nicht Unmengen in neue Technologien investiert werden. Selbstverständlich sollten Budgets für Ressourcen und moderne Soft- und Hardware zur Verfügung stehen, doch hier liegt weder der Hebel, noch der Schlüssel zum Erfolg. Kollaboratives Wissensmanagement fußt auf Werten und Kultur.
