Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wissensmanagement kann „auf der grünen Wiese“ und von Grund auf geplant werden, wenn es keine Vorläufer gibt – in unseren Fallbeispielen haben wir das gesehen. Was aber, wenn ein Unternehmen ein Wissensmanagement implementiert hat, wenn es bereit eine Abteilung Knowledge Management gibt, aber weder die Belegschaft die Dienstleistungen und Angebote des Wissensmanagements sonderlich schätzt, die Führungsebene Wissensmanagement als Sorgenkind wahrnimmt und die Wissensmanager*innen selbst über die Diskrepanz zwischen Anspruch und Realität der Wissensarbeit ernüchtert sind? Wie man in einer solch verfahrenen Situationen aus der Sackgasse kommt, davon berichtet dieses Kapitel.
