Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gewaltprinzipien entstehen dort, wo Menschen sich bedroht fühlen. In den Unternehmen stellen kompetente leistungsstarke, gut ausgebildete Frauen für männliche Führungskräfte eine Gefahr dar. Die Bedrohung grenzt an die Existenzberechtigung von Männern – in finanzieller Hinsicht, aber auch in psychischer Hinsicht. Die Identität von Karrieremännern speist sich zum großen Teil aus beruflichem Erfolg, Macht, Geld und Status. Erfolgreiche Frauen machen dieses Heldenprinzip zunichte. Nicht nur, weil es weniger Jobs in Toppositionen gibt, wenn Frauen nachrücken. Sondern zudem gibt es künftig auch Heldinnen, die Unternehmen leiten, retten oder zu Profit verhelfen. Was für ein Mann bin ich, wenn Frau genauso gut ist wie ich?
