Abstract

Zusammenfassung Funktionale oder dysfunktionale Herkunftsfamiliensysteme geben uns Hinweise darauf, wie sich die Macht von Töchtern später im Job oder in der Partnerschaft entfalten kann. Frauen lernen am Vorbild von Mutter und Vater. Sie eignen sich deren Durchsetzungskraft oder Anpassungsfähigkeit an und orientieren sich an den elterlichen Botschaften, die sie erhalten. Mutter und Vater können als Vorbilder positiv oder negativ sein – je nachdem, wie sie selbst Beziehung leben. Eltern reichen ihre Glaubenssätze und Wertvorstellungen an die nächste Generation weiter und beeinflussen damit deren Denken, Handeln und Verhalten.
