Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die gängigen Rollenzuschreibungen können nur so greifen, wie sie es noch immer tun, weil Frauen ihre Eigenmacht zu wenig nutzen. Häufig mangelt es ihnen an Selbstwert, sie fühlen sich schwach und machtlos – und senden entsprechende Signale der Unterwerfung. Wer über Eigenmacht verfügt, signalisiert hingegen Autorität und das sichert Augenhöhe. Die Machtfrage wird in jeder Beziehung irgendwann zum Thema: zwischen Partnern, im Job zwischen Chef und Mitarbeitenden, unter Kollegen, zwischen Eltern und Kindern, zwischen Freundinnen, innerhalb von Frauennetzwerken und zwischen Mutter und Tochter.
