Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bitte anschnallen, die Reise geht weiter! Im Kapitel „Capture“ haben wir die grundlegenden Prozesse und Fragestellungen für Ihr Risiko-, Krisen- und Fehlermanagement anhand von Geschichten beschrieben, die uns selbst im Laufe unserer Beratungstätigkeit als einprägsam, spannend, überraschend oder auch einfach nur passend erschienen sind. Außerdem haben wir versucht, durch die Mischung unserer Stories zu zeigen, welche vielfältigen Quellen es für Ihre eigenen Stories geben kann. Die Frage, wie Sie Ihre Stories gut aufbewahren können, hatten wir bereits kurz in der Einleitung angerissen. Damit Sie jetzt gut gerüstet in den Share, also in die Kommunikation einsteigen und das Storytelling proaktiv und strategisch für Ihre Zwecke einsetzen können, empfehlen wir Ihnen an dieser Stelle, einmal über die Möglichkeiten für Ihr Story-Lager nachzudenken – vielleicht finden Sie dafür unser in der Tab. 6.1 vorgestelltes „Cheat Sheet“ hilfreich.
