Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Anfang sieht alles immer sehr komplex und irgendwie schwer aus und unsere Aufgabe ist es nun, diesen Einstieg zu erleichtern. Am besten gelingt das, wenn wir mit den Basics beginnen. In unserem Fall geht es zunächst einmal darum, ein gemeinsames Verständnis für die Begriffe Risiko, Risikomanagement, Krisenmanagement, Fehlermanagement sowie organisationale Resilienz herzustellen. Danach werfen wir einen Blick auf die grundsätzlichen Kompetenzen, die für einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz in diesen Bereich sowie die Etablierung einer entsprechenden Kultur im Unternehmen benötigt werden.
