Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für die Digitale Transformation ist oft die co-kreative Kombination aus interner Kooperation und externer Kollaboration entscheidend. Diese kann durch das aktive Wirken von Personen in Strategie, Führung und Kultur stark beeinflusst werden. Gleichzeitig lässt sich diese durch einen Ordnungsrahmen und die Bereitstellung von Strukturen und Prozessen fördern und nützlich beeinflussen. In diesem Kapitel beschreiben wir Perspektiven, wie dieser Ordnungsrahmen durch die Verantwortlichen gestaltet werden kann, um das Zusammenwirken der Mitarbeitenden organisatorisch, infrastrukturell, räumlich sowie motivatorisch zu entfalten.
