Abstract

Zusammenfassung Den digitalen Wandel in Organisationen nachhaltig zu gestalten und umzusetzen ist eine zentrale Aufgabe der Führungskräfte. Dabei müssen sie einerseits als treibende Kraft und Ermöglicher agieren. Andererseits sind sie selbst mit den sich ändernden und zunehmend widersprüchlichen Anforderungen konfrontiert. Um (weiterhin) wirksam führen und die Digitale Transformation anstoßen und vorantreiben zu können, muss Führung daher selbst einen grundlegenden Wandel vollziehen. In diesem Kapitel beschreiben wir Perspektiven, die dafür besonders bedeutsam sind – vom Mindset und dem Selbstverständnis von Führungspersonen sowie ihren (Führungs-) Kompetenzen, über partizipatives und „menschliches“ Führen bis hin zur Notwendigkeit, Orientierung im (Berufs-)Alltag zu geben und die Mitarbeitenden für die Transformation zu befähigen.
