Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kooperationen zwischen Non-Profit-Organisationen und Unternehmen werden immer wichtiger. Es geht nicht nur um immer größere Summen, sondern es sind auch immer mehr AkteurInnen im Spiel. Gleichzeitig steigen mit den wachsenden Volumina auch die Risiken und Gefahren. Eine davon ist die Intransparenz, die vor allem für Außenstehende zu offenen Fragen bis hin zu Skepsis und Misstrauen führen kann. Aber auch nach innen ist es wichtig, dass Menschen, die erstmals an Kooperationen zwischen Unternehmen und Non-Profit-Organisationen denken, wissen, wie sie diese nicht nur strategisch entwickeln, sondern auch so absichern können, dass sie glaubwürdig und legitimierbar sind. Genau dafür soll der hier vorgestellte Fahrplan die notwendigen Anregungen und „Checks and Balances“ liefern. Er skizziert einen praktischen und umsetzbaren Weg zu glaubwürdigen und legitimierbaren Kooperationen, inklusive der einzelnen Schritte, die dabei zu berücksichtigen sind.
