Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das QM unterliegt durch Trends, Innovationen und Globalisierung einem stetigen Wandel, der sich auf Kompetenzanforderung signifikant auswirkt. Fachliche und soziale Kompetenzen müssen gestärkt werden. Qualitätsmitarbeiter und Manager agierten künftig mehr als Projektleiter, Organisationsentwickler und damit als Berater der Leitungsebene. Eher technisch orientierte Qualitätsexperten halten hingegen einen umfassenden Überblick über die gesamte Entwicklung und Produktion.
