Abstract

Zusammenfassung Qualitätsmanagement in Projekten stellt mithilfe von standardisierten Prozessen und Methoden Qualitätsstandards bereit. Auf deren Basis kann das Qualitätsmanagement für Projekte gleicher Größe und gleichen Umfangs wiederkehrend abgewickelt werden. Dadurch sind die Ergebnisse aber auch die Probleme vergleichbar. Zudem implementiert das Qualitätsmanagement für alle Projektteilnehmer transparente Vorgaben, die den Projekterfolg sichern. Damit ist am Ende des Projektes eine hohe Produktqualität gewährleistet.
