Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Wettbewerb um Kunden und Märkte müssen Unternehmen täglich unzählige strategische, operative und taktische Entscheidungen treffen, um sich Wettbewerbsvorteile und die eigene Marktposition zu sichern oder auszubauen. Das strategische Management stellt in diesem Kontext Methoden und Werkzeuge aus dem Bereich Qualitätsmanagement zur Verfügung, mit denen sie Strategien entwickeln und umsetzen können, um langfristig erfolgreich zu sein. Das Qualitätsmanagement muss daher in das strategische Management integriert werden.
