Abstract

Zusammenfassung Qualität ist die Bezeichnung einer wahrnehmbaren Zustandsform von Systemen und ihrer Merkmale, welche in einem bestimmten Zeitraum anhand bestimmter Eigenschaften des Systems in diesem Zustand definiert wird. Qualität steht im allgemeinen Sprachgebrauch für Beschaffenheit oder Eigenschaften. In der Wirtschaft bezeichnet Qualität den Wert oder die Güte einer Sach- oder Dienstleistung aus der Sicht des Anwenders.
