Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel widmet sich der Frage, was Sprachassistenten im Kundenservice leisten können. Es werden unterschiedliche Anwendungsfälle aufgezeigt, in denen Sprachassistenten für Kunden wie Unternehmen Vorteile bieten können. Viele Praxistipps für die Umsetzung solcher Kundenservices ergänzen diese Darstellung.
