Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es ist erstaunlich, wie viel über die Spendenden bekannt ist. Durch die Bilanz des Helfens in Deutschland, ZEWO in der Schweiz und dem Fundraising Verband Austria werden regelmäßig Entwicklungen auf dem Spendenmarkt erfasst, ausgewertet und dem Markt zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch das „Deutsche Zentralinstitut für Soziale Fragen (DZI)“ in Berlin veröffentlicht seit 2003 jährlich den „DZI Spenden-Almanach“, der Deutsche Fundraising Verband, ebenfalls in Berlin ansässig, eine Spendenbilanz. Ergänzt werden diese Informationen von einer Studie, die Prof. Michael Urselmann gemeinsam mit dem Statistischen Bundesamt zum Spendenverhalten der Deutschen erstellt hat.
