Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führen in Teilzeit geht nicht von heute auf morgen. Es ist ein laufender Prozess, den alle Beteiligten aktiv mitgestalten können und auch müssen. Welche Voraussetzungen gab es bzw. welche Unterstützungen brauchte es, um das Thema in das Unternehmen zu bringen und es auch dort zu stabilisieren? Was beschäftigt die Mitarbeitenden, also alle an der Teilzeitführungsrolle Beteiligten? Wie ging und geht das Unternehmen mit den Veränderungen um? Anhand eines chronologischen Verlaufs stellen die Barmenia Versicherungen die Entwicklung ihres eigenen Führungsteilzeitmodells vor, auch unter Berücksichtigung des Wandels der eigenen Führungshaltung.
