Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Beitrag wird die Eignung von Teilzeitführung als Instrument eines nachhaltigen Managements diskutiert und anhand von Beispielen beschrieben, wie Teilzeitführung positiv auf die Erreichung der Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) wirken kann. Auf Grundlage von Metaanalysen bestehender Studien und neuester Forschungsergebnisse zu „atypischen" Arbeitszeitregelungen in Führungspositionen wird in diesem Beitrag diskutiert, inwieweit Teilzeitführungskonzepte auf die drei Themenbereichen (ökonomisch, sozial und ökologisch) der Triple-Bottom Line wirken und konkret als Maßnahme ausgewählter Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), insbesondere in westlichen Ländern, dienen können.
