Abstract

Zusammenfassung Alles begann mit dem Erleben der Vorarlberger Holzbaukunst, der Architektur beim Bauen mit Holz. Es war die Einheit von hochwertiger Architektur, verbunden mit einer bewussten Regionalität von Bauherren, Architekten und Holzbauindustrie sowie Handwerk beim umweltschonenden Bauen mit Holz, die mich überzeugte und mir das Thema Nachhaltigkeit eröffnete. Mehr als 25 Jahre liegt dieses Erleben der Vorarlberger Holzbauarchitektur zurück.
