Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die in Kapitel 6 aufgebrachten Kritikpunkte können nur zum Teil durch die situationsspezifische Auswahl mithilfe des Referenzmodells geheilt werden. In diesem Kapitel werden weitere Ansatzpunkte aufgezeigt, wie die Fehlerpotentiale der Portfolios reduziert werden können. Ansatzpunkte sind dabei grundsätzlich, die Art der Informationsbeschaffung und -verwertung zu adjustieren oder die Struktur der Portfolios anzupassen. Beispiele für Verbesserungswege sind: Erhöhung der Skaleneinteilung, Einbringung von Zukunfts-Szenarien oder Einbindung des Beschaffungsportfolios in eine Instrumentenkette.
