Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Festlegung, welche Beschaffungsportfolios vorgestellt und analysiert, sowie in die empirische Auswertung aufgenommen werden sollen, erfolgte nach folgenden Kriterien: hohe Relevanz für Beschaffungsbereich, hohe Abdeckung Einflussfaktoren, hohe Abdeckung der Methoden. Auf diesem Weg wurden 29 Portfolio identifiziert, sowie eines auf Basis der erarbeiteten Kritik entwickelt. Im Überblick kann keine besondere Beratungslastigkeit der Portfolios festgestellt werden, die meisten kommen aus dem Hochschulbereich. Die Differenzierung der Portfolios kann vorgenommen werden nach der Zielrichtung, den Dimensionen, der Fundierung, der Ausgestaltung der Matrix und dem Differenzierungsgrad der Strategien.
