Abstract

Zusammenfassung Beschaffungsportfolios haben die Aufgabe, Erfolgspotenziale zu schaffen, mit Blick auf die wesentlichen Ziele der Kostenminimierung und Bedarfsdeckung. Grundmerkmal ist die Annahme der Nicht-Kompensierbarkeit zumindest bei einem Teil der einbezogenen Merkmale. Mithilfe der Beschaffungsportfolios sollen folgende Ziele erreicht werden: Rationalisierung, Aufdeckung Risiken, Kommunikation Ist-Situation. Der Ablauf orientiert sich an einem festen Muster, welches bei der Auswahl der Objekte beginnt, die Beurteilung und Visualisierung enthält, sowie als wesentlichen Punkt die Ableitung von Strategien.
