Abstract

This article examines the topic of media concentration under conditions of convergence. It focuses on topics and developments that are of central importance in the current academic and political debates and, among other things, discusses the relationship between regulation and competition law in the control of media concentration, between normative requirements and empirical evidence, and between old and new players.
