Abstract

Zusammenfassung Man sollte in der Welt der Vertriebssteuerung Trainer und Coaches auf die sprichwörtliche Rote Liste der (glücklicherweise) inzwischen fast ausgestorbenen Spezies setzen. Denn sagen wir es offen und unverblümt: Wenn es darum geht, schnell und nachhaltig Gelerntes in die Praxis umzusetzen, dann sind unter dem Aspekt von Kostenaufwand und Effizienz solche Trainingstage gleichsam verlorene Zeit. Denn 90 Prozent unseres Wissens wird uns informell bei der täglichen Arbeit während der beruflichen Praxis vermittelt. Formales Belehren vom Katheter herab – da sind sich fast alle Lernpsychologen einig – ist ineffizient und daher höchst antiquiert (vgl. Abb. 9.1).
