Kommt Partizipation eigentlich von Party?

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was passiert, wenn Studierende der Stadtplanung und Studierende der Verwaltungswissenschaften in Pandemie-Zeiten Studienprojekte zu analogen Methoden der Bürgerbeteiligung zu absolvieren haben? Die Studierenden unserer Seminare an den Hochschulen Nürtingen und Ludwigsburg machten aus der Corona-Not eine kreative Partizipationstugend und aus analog = hybrid. Welche Wirkungsaspekte für berührende hybride Seminare und Workshops sich daraus ableiten lassen, möchten wir als Beteiligungs-Praktiker und Lehrbeauftragte in diesem Beitrag vorstellen. Wohl wissend, dass beide Seminare für die Studierenden und uns auch harte Arbeit waren, ist die Haupterkenntnis: Wer mit hybriden Beteiligungs-Veranstaltungen Menschen berühren möchte, muss die Party im Wort Partizipation zum Vibrieren bringen! Der vorliegende Beitrag bewegt sich im Spannungsfeld zwischen Party, Partizipation und dem Resonanzbegriff des Soziologen Harmut Rosa und leitet daraus vier Erfolgsfaktoren für wirkungsvolle hybride Veranstaltungen ab.
