Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die hybride Arbeitsweise ist ein neues Terrain für Moderatoren und Teilnehmer gleichermaßen. Da hier ein Teil der Teilnehmenden in Person anwesend ist und ein Teil online hinzugeschaltet wird, stellen die größten Herausforderungen die Zusammenführung dieser beiden Welten sowie die Begegnung aller Beteiligten auf Augenhöhe dar. Die Durchführung eines hybriden Workshops erfordert somit einen anderen Ansatz, eine andere Haltung und Denkweise als bei einem persönlichen oder virtuellen Workshop. Eine stabile Internetverbindung ist essenziell, weil sie die Brücke zwischen dem physischen und dem Online-Raum schafft. Verschiedene Kollaborationswerkzeuge und Methoden sind erforderlich, um ein gleichwertiges und ansprechendes Erlebnis für alle Teilnehmer zu schaffen sowie um tragbare Ergebnisse zu produzieren. In dem vorliegenden Beitrag werden die wichtigsten Erfolgsfaktoren für die erfolgreiche Durchführung eines hybriden Workshops anhand von praxiserprobten Erkenntnissen und auch die Grenzen solcher Veranstaltungen beschrieben. Es werden zwei Beispiele von Unternehmen skizziert, die erfolgreich hybride Workshops durchführen.
