Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Erfolg von Führung im ehrenamtlichen Bereich hängt entscheidend von der Person des Führenden ab. Dies bezieht sich auf seine Akzeptanz und seine fachlichen und sozialen Kompetenzen. Die einzelnen Kompetenzen variieren je nach der zu bewältigenden Führungsaufgabe. Genauso, wie es generelle Aufgaben im Ehrenamt gibt, finden sich auf den unterschiedlichsten Gebieten auch persönliche Kernkompetenzen, die für sehr viele Führungsaufgaben im ehrenamtlichen Engagement notwendig sind. Hierbei handelt es sich um. Begeisterungsfähigkeit, strategisches Denken, Zielorientierung, Organisationsfähigkeit, Kontaktfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit (siehe Abb. 7.1).
