Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 6 wird das Vorgehen im Fundraising-Management vorgestellt. Auf Basis der Ergebnisse der Analyse im Fundraising wird erläutert, wie die zu fällenden Entscheidungen in der normativen, strategischen und operativen Fundraising-Planung durch das strategische und operative Fundraising-Controlling unterstützt werden. Ziel ist die Lösung des komplexen Optimierungsproblems, das begrenzte Fundraising-Budget in den optimalen Fundraising-Mix zu investieren. Anhand zweier fiktiver Beispiele wird der Zusammenhang zwischen den Steuerungsinstrumenten veranschaulicht. Darüber hinaus werden die Aufgaben des Qualitätsmanagement, des Datenmanagement, des Personalmanagement, der Organisation und der Führung im Fundraising beleuchtet. Zahlreiche Abbildungen, Tabellen, Tipps, Kapitelzusammenfassungen und Literaturempfehlungen runden das Kapitel ab.
