Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Forschungsarbeit wird das immobilienspezifische Anlageverhalten institutioneller Investoren grundlegend untersucht. Hierbei wird der Fokus auf Schweizer institutionelle Investoren gelegt. Dabei werden institutionelle Investoren mittels eines schriftlich zu beantwortenden Fragebogens zu ihrem Anlageverhalten bezüglich ihrer direkten und indirektenImmobilienanlagen befragt. Damit im Zusammenhang wurde insbesondere die Dimension der Nachhaltigkeit als Investitionskriterium in den Teilbereichen der direkten und indirekten Immobilienanlagen eingearbeitet. Des Weiteren wurde der Dimension Infrastruktur als neue BVV2 Anlagekategorie ein Teilbereich der Studie zum Schwerpunkt Investitionen in Infrastruktur gewidmet, da diese artverwandte Charakteristika zu Immobilien aufweisen.
