Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Neugestaltung des bestehenden Verkehrssystems ist von großer Bedeutung. Eine zunehmende Automatisierung und Vernetzung der Mobilität eröffnet zahlreiche Chancen zur Überwindung bestehender Herausforderungen und zur Lösung heutiger Mobilitätsprobleme. Die Anforderungen sind dabei sehr individuell und unterscheiden sich durch Faktoren, wie unter anderem durch die bestehende infrastrukturelle Ausstattung, die Besiedlungsdichte oder die Entfernung zum Stadtzentrum. Der vorliegende Beitrag beleuchtet und vergleicht den Aktivitäts- und Ambitionsgrad im Bereich der automatisierten und vernetzten Mobilitätslösungen von Groß- und Mittelstädten in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
