Abstract

Zusammenfassung Globale Megatrends wie der Klimawandel, ein sich änderndes Kundenbild und die steigende technische Komplexität, aber auch politische Konflikte und damit einhergehende Sanktionen sind nur einige treibende Faktoren, welche direkte Auswirkungen auf die Automobilindustrie und deren Akteure haben. Insbesondere das Aftersales-Geschäft ist mit rund einem Fünftel der Gesamtumsätze der Branche eine wichtige Säule. Ein Ansatz zur Lösung dieser Herausforderung ist die digitale Transformation und Integration, welche sich als der gezielte interne und externe Wandel des Denkens und Handelns von Unternehmen durch technologische Entwicklungen und moderne Arbeitsmethoden zusammenfassen lässt. Im Rahmen dieser Ausarbeitung werden Lösungsansätze für den Aftersales dargestellt.
