Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Struktur und Gestalt der Städte befinden sich seit jeher in einem ständigen Wandel. Anforderungen und Bedürfnisse an Städte werden durch kulturelle und technische Entwicklungen, aber auch durch äußere Einflüsse immer wieder neu formuliert, sodass Städte einer laufenden Transformation unterzogen sind. Die Veränderungen der Städte werden durch unterschiedliche Faktoren beeinflusst. Vor allem Mobilität hat einen großen Einfluss auf Transformation, da sie die Stadtstruktur und bauliche Gestalt moderner Städte maßgeblich prägt.
