Abstract

Zusammenfassung Setzt man die regionalen Betrachtungsräume der Akteure für die Installation neuer Ladeeinrichtungen für Elektrofahrzeuge in Bezug, so wird eine Diskrepanz deutlich. Problematisch sind jedoch die Zeitkonstanten der Elektromobilitätsentwicklung auf der einen Seite und der Netzausbaumaßnahmen, der Netzplanung und der Netzbetriebsmittel auf der anderen Seite. Zusätzlich ist Umfang und Verteilung der Elektromobilität, sowohl räumlich als auch in Bezug auf die Spannungsebene derzeit noch von nicht bekannten oder prognostizierbaren Faktoren abhängig, sodass in Korrelation mit den langen Nutzungs- und Abschreibungsdauern eine langfristig sinnvolle Ausbauentscheidung derzeit kaum getroffen werden kann. Die Netzplanung wird also zu einer komplexen Optimierungsaufgabe, da auch in absehbarer Zukunft ein gegenläufiger Effekt nicht zu erwarten ist.
