Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel geht es um die praktische Umsetzung des Mediationsverfahrens im virtuellen Raum. Dies beginnt mit der organisatorischen und technischen Vorbereitung. Sie erfahren, was Sie online in der Umsetzung aller fünf Phasen der Mediation beachten sollten, und wie Sie genau vorgehen, um bekannte Mediationsmethoden in den virtuellen Raum zu übertragen. Da die klassische Konfliktmoderation vom Ablauf her ähnlich ist, können Führungskräfte viele Anregungen in ihren Arbeitsalltag übernehmen. Auch für andere Settings wie Online-Coaching, Online-Beratung, Online-Therapie und Online-Supervision sind die Impulse hilfreich und können problemlos transferiert werden.
