Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Buch bietet einen Einstieg in die Entwicklung und Herausforderungen des nachhaltigen Konsumverhaltens im E-Commerce und zeigt auf, wie mittels Nudging im Onlinehandel bewusster Konsum gefördert werden kann. Nach einer Zusammenfassung der Grundlagen zum Thema (Green) Nudging werden die unterschiedlichen Arten des Nudgings vorgestellt und an praktischen Beispielen illustriert, wie diese online umgesetzt werden können. Ein Handlungsleitfaden für die Gestaltung eigener Green Nudges für Unternehmen und Organisationen sowie eine kritische Reflexion runden diesen Beitrag ab.
