Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aufgrund demographischer Veränderungen und einer zunehmenden Diskrepanz zwischen Pflegeangebot und – nachfrage gewinnt der Einsatz technischer Produkte, Dienstleistungen und Systeme in verschiedenen Pflegesettings zunehmend an Bedeutung. Bei deren Entwicklung ist die Einbeziehung der Perspektive der Nutzenden erfolgsentscheidend. Während die Usability (UI) die Gebrauchstauglichkeit in einer konkreten Benutzungssituation analysiert, betrachtet die User Experience (UX) die gesamten Nutzungserlebnisse und die qualitativen Erfahrungen. Für die Erhebung und Bewertung von UI und UX gibt es verschiedene Methoden mit unterschiedlichen Ausrichtungen und Schwerpunkten. Anhand von Praxiserfahrungen wird die Methodenanwendung zur Erhebung und Bewertung von UI und UX technischer Pflegeinnovationen diskutiert. Hierbei wird auf die Perspektiven von Produktherstellern, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Gepflegten eingegangen und es werden auf dieser Basis Implikationen für die Methodenanwendung abgeleitet.
