Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Einsatz von (digitalen) Gesundheitstechnologien ist ein vielversprechender Ansatz, um dem Versorgungsbedarf sowohl im medizinischen als auch rehabilitativen Sektor des deutschen Gesundheitsversorgungssystems zu begegnen. Allerdings lässt sich in Projekten zur Einführung und Erprobung solcher Technologien eine hohe Misserfolgsquote identifizieren. Bereits verfügbare technische Hilfsmittel werden daher häufig als „Insellösungen“ und wenig nachhaltig eingesetzt. Im englischsprachigen Raum gibt es bereits praxisorientierten Leitfäden (NASSS-CAT), die dabei helfen sollen, potenzielle Komplexitäten frühzeitig zu identifizieren, um entsprechend darauf reagieren zu können. In Deutschland existieren bisher keine Leitfäden mit einer derartigen Zielsetzung. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde erstmalig eine deutschsprachige Version erarbeitet (NASSS-CAT-D). Berichtet wird zum einen über die Inhalte und Zielsetzung, zum anderen über die Entwicklung sowie erste Erprobungen der deutschen Version des Leitfadens.
