Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitale Hilfsmittel und innovative Pflegetechnologien finden zunehmend den Weg in die Versorgungspraxis. Professionell Pflegende müssen adäquat auf die Digitalisierung von pflegerischen Prozessen vorbereitet werden. Im Rahmen des Projekts Pflegeinnovationszentrum (PIZ) wurden sowohl für die Aus- und Weiterbildung als auch für einen Masterstudiengang im Bereich Pflege Bildungsangebote entwickelt, erprobt und evaluiert. Sie zielen darauf ab, den Auszubildenden grundlegendes Wissen über die Digitalisierung der Gesellschaft und der Gesundheitssektoren zu vermitteln beziehungsweise den Studierenden Spezialisierungsmöglichkeiten im Bereich der Pflegeinformatik und der normativ-ethischen Reflexion zu eröffnen. Um den Themenkomplex „Digitalisierung der Pflege“ nachhaltig in die Bildungsgänge zu implementieren, werden entsprechende Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen für Lehrkräfte und Dozierende benötigt und der Kompetenzbereich muss in den Bildungscurricula auf allen Qualifizierungsebenen verankert werden.
