Abstract

Zusammenfassung Deutsche Technikunternehmen spielen seit längerer Zeit weltweit eine führende Rolle bei der Generierung von Innovationen. Nun ist allgemein bekannt, dass Erfindungen nicht automatisch erfolgreich werden. Vielmehr muss eine Erfindung aktiv in eine Innovation umgesetzt werden, in einem gezielten Prozess: einem Managementprozess.
