Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die wichtigsten Elemente von Industrie 4.0 auf der Feldebene sind Aktoren und Sensoren. Durch den Einsatz von Sensoren und Aktoren in Verbindung mit einer bestehenden Infrastruktur und basierend auf der Internettechnologie wird eine Automatisierung und Überwachung der Prozesse ermöglicht. Sensoren dienen dabei als Datenlieferant, Aktoren sind die ausführende Hardware. Die Zielsetzung „Losgröße 1“ von Industrie 4.0 erfordert schnellste Datengenerierung und Umsetzung in Aktionen.
