Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Zeit von 2010 bis 2020 hat der Herausgeber und Autor Prof. Dr. G. Metze Seminare und Projekte zum Thema Innovationsmanagement und vor allem seit 2016 zum Thema „Industrie 4.0“ mit Unternehmern, Managern von Privatunternehmen wie staatlichen Unternehmen sowie verschiedenen Behörden aus China durchgeführt. Die Basis für die Seminare ist seine jahrzehntelange, persönliche Erfahrung mit diesen Themen aus Tätigkeiten in Forschung und Wissenschaft, internationalen Großunternehmen, mittelständischen Hightech-Unternehmen sowie Neugründungen („Start-ups“).
