Abstract

Zusammenfassung Tipps für Aufwärmübungen benötigen nicht nur Sportler, denn Vorbereitung und Vorfreude sind die Wegbereiter für einen positiven Gesprächsverlauf. Das volle Potenzial eines Kundentermins können Vertriebler erst durch die richtige Vorbereitung perfekt nutzen. Eine intensive Recherche und die richtige mentale Einstellung entscheiden über Erfolg oder Misserfolg. Erfahrene Verkäufer nutzen eine Reihe bewährter mentaler Werkzeuge – sie wissen genau, was sie vor einem Kundentermin tun müssen und was sie besser lassen sollten. Wer diese Tipps kennt, wird von einer guten Terminvorbereitung profitieren.
