Abstract

Zusammenfassung Projekte fordern oft den Einsatz von knappen Ressourcen und greifen in die bestehenden Systeme und Prozesse eines Unternehmens ein. Um sie erfolgreich durchzuführen, müssen sie konsequent am angestrebten Geschäftsnutzen ausgerichtet werden – angefangen bei der Beteiligung des einzelnen Projektarbeiters bis zu externen Dienstleistern. Heute sind die Abläufe der meisten Unternehmen projektorientiert strukturiert und ohne Projektmanagement nicht mehr zu bewältigen (Patzak, G., & Rattay, G. (2017). Projektmanagement: Projekte, Projektportfolios, Programme und projektorientierte Unternehmen. Linde Wien.). Um ein Projekt erfolgreich zu machen, wird – das Projekt richtig gewählt und definiert,- es sorgfältig und detailliert geplant und- die Projektdurchführung durch ein hochqualifiziertes Team gewährleistet. Dann ist der termin- und sachgerechte Projektabschluss nahezu zwangsläufig erreichbar. Gerade Entrepreneurs können hier durch die Erreichung der Projektziele nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit erreichen. Das Erreichen hoher Kundenzufriedenheit, Erbringen der vertraglichen Leistungen, Erzielen des geplanten Termins zum Projektabschluss und das Einhalten der geplanten Kosten sind signifikante Elemente in Kundenprojekten (Patzak, G., & Rattay, G.
