Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den Jahren seit der 1. Auflage in 2005 hat sich gerade in diesem Bereich der Talentsuche und -optimierung viel getan. Ganz sicher ist anzuerkennen, dass dieses Thema in vielen Unternehmen stärker in den Fokus gerückt ist. Leider wird es häufig „nur“ gemanagt anstatt inhaltlich angegangen. Es werden Strukturen geändert, Recruitmentfachbereiche begründet, die Suche verlagert sich immer stärker auf die Online-Seite, „Big Data“ galt und gilt noch heute oft als Heilsbringer, Algorithmen kommen als weitere beachtenswerte Quelle für Hypothesen ins Spiel u. v. a. Das Hauptproblem ist der Engpass „Suche“, man findet keine oder zu wenig Fachleute. Die Not, neue Mitarbeiter zu finden, verführt zusätzlich dazu, den Anspruch an qualitive diagnostische Arbeit weiter zu senken.
