Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das 360°-Feedback gehört zu den bekanntesten Umfeldbefragungen und hat in den letzten Jahren an Beliebtheit gewonnen. Ob und wie es weiterhilft, wird teilweise kritisch bewertet (Neuberger 2000, S. 69f., Scherm/Sarges 2002, S. 29f.). „Die Phantasie des 360°-Feedbacks besteht darin, anzunehmen, dass eine Person, die von allen erfährt, wie sie gesehen wird, ihr eigenes Verhalten genauer planen und effektiver einsetzen könne.“ (Neuberger 2000, S. 44). Wenn es tatsächlich gelänge, von den Menschen einen ungefärbten Eindruck über die Zusammenarbeit mit der zu beurteilenden Person zu erhalten, erhielte man sicher relevante Informationen. Von Günter Gaus sagt man, er habe seine berühmten Gespräche vorbereitet, indem er mit einem Freund und einem Feind des Gesprächspartners gesprochen hat.
