Abstract

Zusammenfassung China hat sich an Sanktionen gegen Russland in den ersten drei Monaten 2022 nicht beteiligt. Allerdings könnte eine deutliche Unterstützung Russlands durch China mittelfristig ausbleiben, da die wirtschaftlichen Negativ-Effekte des Ukraine- Russland-Krieges sich auf China zunehmend negativ auswirken werden. Zunächst ist zu bedenken, dass die westlichen Sanktionen das Bruttoinlandsprodukt Russlands in 2022 um rund 9% voraussichtlich werden sinken lassen, was zunächst auch verminderte Exporte Chinas nach Russland bedeutet; zu erwarten ist, dass einige chinesische Unternehmen allerdings auch vermehrt nach Russland exportieren werden, da man verminderte Exporte des Westens und Japans sowie Koreas nach Russland wird ersetzen können.
