Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die folgende Analyse befasst sich zunächst mit der „Wende“-Perspektive im russisch-ukrainischen Kontext, wobei insbesondere der Cyberwar ein relative neuer Aspekt des aktuellen Konflikts ist; darüber hinaus werden bilaterale Perspektiven auf den deutsch-russischen Handel und multilaterale Perspektiven untersucht. Es folgt ein Blick auf grundlegende Energiefragen für Europa und den Westen und die Frage, inwieweit ein deutscher Energieimport-Boykott gegen Russland – oder ein EU-Embargo – sinnvoll ist bzw. welche Auswirkungen hier zu erwarten wären. Anschließend wird der Fokus auf die Möglichkeit eines russischen Lieferboykotts gelenkt.
