Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Ukraine-Russland-Krieg ist ein politisch-ökonomischer Schock, den Russland als flächenmäßig größtes Land der Welt mit seinem Angriff ausgelöst hat. Russland mit seiner geografischen Spannweite Europa-Asien sorgt hier allein schon durch seine eigene Breite für weite internationale Schockwellen. Indem Russland den Krieg faktisch unmittelbar an der Nato-Ostgrenze führt, sind 30 Nato-Länder indirekt alarmiert; im Übrigen sind 27 EU-Länder (davon die Mehrzahl in der Nato) und Großbritannien plus die USA in besonderer Weise politisch und ökonomisch angesprochen.
